The Saucerater Collection

Batch #1 - Carrot base, apple cider vinegar

Second & third batches: Separation anxiety!

Batch 4 - This was the big break. A fellow told me about Xanthan Gum's amazing properties! The sauce stayed together. This was when i finalized this recipe, using the Fresnos, Habs, garlic and cilantro.

Batch 5-6 - Pretty much all the same, just different labels except the yellow bottle at the end was much hotter. Experimented with consistencies.

Batch 7 - Supremo. Garlic and fresnos.

Batch 8 - Jalapeno based green hot sauce - full of garlic.

Batch 8 - More green sauce but this time as xmas gifts

Batch 9 - Sucks to run out of supplies, but ya just make do with the sharpie and duct tape. This batch had a bit of a badmix on the xanthan gum.

Batch 10 - The most recent. Nice and deep red fresnos ...

The amount of time from batch 1 to 10 is roughly from 2004 - 2009.

Taco Bell Mild Sauce Bacon Potato Burrito Explosion

We start with the new Taco Bell Bacon Cheesy Potato burrito. This one was purchased yesterday and left out on the counter in its initial wrapping. Here it is in all its naked glory.

Some sausage seemed to be a good idea, as the brealfast theme is to be observed here.

A quartet of fried thin shelled ovum of the domestic fowl...

I nuked the burrito for a couple of minutes. The tortilla decided to rebel against itself slightly, and I decided to let it have its way. I found this to be the right time to slap the eggs on top.

Next, the sliced sausages hop on board the crazy hell train...

A little bit of medium cheddar....

Since this is saucerater.com, you've probably been wondering where's the sauce. As usual, Taco Bell nails it with a nice large amount of sauce packets. I thought mild would be the way to go.

So I ripped about 20 of them open and pooped em into a Dixie cup.

Cheese melted and sauced, this is a mountain of pure glory. Although its actually quite good, I don't think I'll do this ever again.
